Mark Barron is a Canadian guitarist whose music explores the spectrum of progressive rock, metal, and jazz fusion.

Mark grew up in Northwestern Ontario studying a unique blend of jazz, classical and folk music as a young multi-instrumentalist. Since relocating to Winnipeg in 2013, he has built an eclectic repertoire of original music centred around the guitar, as well as recording and performing with countless musical groups throughout the years.
 

He has released several solo records: Prognosis, The Sound of Light (EP), In Sympatico (EP), The Fourth Dimension, and Redefinition. These albums can be found on all major streaming services.

He teaches guitar and bass lessons at Tauber Music School. He is proudly endorsed by Godin guitars, one of the largest and most respected guitar manufacturers in North America.
